Mcdell holds a Diploma in Accounting with Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) from the Malawi College of Accountancy and he is responsible for overall accounting functions of the institution. He prepares budgets, regular financial reports and facilitates auditing in accordance with the requirements of funding agencies.
