This policy brief analyzed the funding allocation to four key ENRM departments and these include; Environmental , Fisheries, Forestry and National Parks and Wildlife. The policy brief is based on the research conducted by CEPA during the 2007/8 National Budget and its aim is to advocate for adequate funding to these sectors for sustainable development.
