William Chadza has
experience in managing programmes in both national and international
institutions. Since 1995, he has been working on Government of the Republic
of Malawi and donor funded
projects. In addition, he has experience in NGO programme management
focusing on natural resources management, sustainable rural livelihoods,
human capital development, policy reform and local government institutional
strengthening.
William is a skilled writer, editor and author of project documents in a
wide variety of sectors (proposals, progress reports, training reports,
consultancy reports, etc.). As part of his work, William has facilitated
short- and long-term assignments on behalf of his current and previous
employers in Malawi
and also within the SADC region. William also sits on boards of a number of
local non governmental organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Agriculture (Rural Development) and a number of post-graduate Certificates
in NGO Management, Leadership and Management Dynamics, Community Based Land
Use Planning, Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Planning.
